Microsoft 365 Tenant Check

Discover public Microsoft identity, domain, region, authentication, and branding signals

Free Microsoft 365 tenant lookup built by experienced administrators

Network Thinking Solutions is a managed services provider that administers and secures Microsoft 365 environments for organizations. We built this public tenant discovery tool to give clients, IT teams, and website visitors a clear starting point when validating a Microsoft 365 domain, documenting a migration, investigating sign-in behavior, or preparing for a security assessment.

Enter a company domain, website URL, work email address, or Microsoft Entra tenant ID. The tool normalizes the input and checks public Microsoft identity endpoints for usable tenant information. Results can include the tenant ID, default onmicrosoft.com domain, commercial or government cloud, region signal, authentication type, associated domains, and public company branding.

How this Microsoft 365 tool helps

  • • Confirm whether a business domain is associated with a publicly discoverable Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • • Find a tenant ID and default Microsoft domain for documentation and troubleshooting.
  • • Review public authentication, cloud, region, domain, and Microsoft Entra branding signals.
  • • Email a branded summary and PDF to a technical stakeholder.

What the results do not prove

Public discovery is not an authenticated audit. It cannot verify private Conditional Access policies, MFA coverage, administrator roles, licensing, device compliance, mail security, or the tenant's overall security posture. Missing public data does not necessarily indicate a configuration problem.

Microsoft 365 tenant lookup FAQ

What does a Microsoft 365 tenant lookup show?

It checks public Microsoft identity services for tenant identifiers, the default domain, cloud and region information, authentication signals, associated domains, and publicly available Microsoft Entra company branding.

Does this tool sign in to or scan the tenant?

No. It does not request credentials, authenticate to the tenant, prove ownership, or inspect private administrator settings. It only organizes information returned through public discovery contexts.

Why might the Microsoft 365 tenant logo be missing?

The tenant may not have a banner logo, the branding may still be propagating, or Microsoft may not expose it publicly for that request. Our Microsoft Entra company-branding guide explains how administrators can configure and verify it.
